Monthly health checks for your clients' computers
Once a month, each computer checks itself and does its own housekeeping. Your client gets one report showing every computer you look after for them — and you see trouble before it becomes a call.
What it checks
- Disk health, read against the maker's own thresholds
- Disk space, and what is filling it
- Backups: is there one, is it recent, can it be read
- Windows updates
- Security: antivirus, firewall, encryption
- Crashes and unexpected shutdowns
- Windows activation and the Office version
- Windows 11 readiness: a free upgrade, or a hardware quote
- The computer's age and support status
- Windows system files
It never calls a computer healthy without the evidence to say so.
And the housekeeping
Temporary files and caches cleared, a virus scan, drives optimised and system files checked — after a restore point is made, so there is always a way back. The recycle bin is never emptied for them; the report says what is in it.
For the clients you choose
Tick Monthly health check on a client and every computer of theirs follows — for your SLA clients, say — or turn it on or off for one computer. Our service on the computer installs and removes it; nobody visits.
A report your client reads
One report per client, a section per computer, emailed from your own address with your own logo. It shows them, every month, the work they pay you for — and the upgrades they will need.
