The Free Version nothing to pay
One person reaching one computer of their own, unattended with its password — screen, control, files and printing. No card. Upgrade to the Basic version or the full version any time, keeping everything.
Paying
In South Africa you pay monthly, by credit or debit card through PayFast; we never see your card. Add or remove people whenever you like, up to five — the price stays the same. Cancel any time from Billing: nothing more is charged, and the service carries on to the end of the month you have paid for. No part-month refunds; a payment taken in error is refunded in full. Outside South Africa
We open in South Africa first, then the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Europe, at the prices above. Choose your country when you sign up and we will put you on the list and tell you the day it opens.
Questions about the price
Who counts as a person?
Everybody who can sign in — technicians, supervisors and office administrators alike. One person doing several jobs is one person. One owner who only runs the company is free.
Why five, and can I have more?
We built this to make proper support software affordable for small businesses — so every company starts with five seats, and more are on request. If you need more, ask us from your Billing page. If we agree, each seat past five is R300 a month, and you see the new price, and accept it, before anybody is added.
Why a waiting list?
We let in a few companies at a time, so each one gets our full attention while it sets up. If every place is taken when you sign up, you join the waiting list and we email you the moment one opens.
Is there VAT?
No. We are not registered for VAT; the price is what you pay. If that ever changes we tell you at least 30 days before.
What if a payment fails?
PayFast tries the card again, and we email you with a link to change it. The service is suspended only if it is more than 14 days late — and starts again as soon as it is paid.
